Past-lives Been Passing You By?
Buy a Future Life Then....

"Time flowed through the Mediaeval hourglass, but it was the same sand which flowed back and forth from one globe to the other. On the circular clock-face, time sheds its seeds and never returns. An irony of forms: the new spirit took its form from a dead reality, while the bourgeoisie is wearing the death of time, specifically the death of its time, in its wrist-watches as in the cheap finery of its humanist woolgathering, both of which appear cyclical."

Raoul Vaneigem, The Revolution of Everyday Life (Chapter 22: "The Space-Time Of Lived Experience")

The mind - fed inverted realities - will deal with what it has. Further, an organism will try to cope to exist - and will seek to survive anywhere when it cannot get all the oxygen of authenticity it needs for a realistic conclusion.

Picture an experiment: enforce the wearing of tight hats and inversion glasses, make the release of tension convoluted,  regulate alkalinizing minerals and seratonin-balancing amino acids. Convince the experimentees that they are the experimenters and to embrace static social relations as the means to quality living, even though it's all in the numbers, Now watch the churning of organic "social" machines as they tear away the marvelous possibilities of here and now -- replacing them instead with hive-like drivel, hyperlinearity connecting dot-like egalitarian objects. They immerse themselves in recycled vision, deficited hope, banalized dream, misinterpreted time, deceiving space, objectifying equals, commiserating tolerance, self-enforcing scarcity, characterizing stasis, deifying  self-banalizing or rigid behaviors, degenerative dis-ease, self-spectating movements, ad finitum, ad nauseum. The symbols of themselves - these living dead - seek an expected stiff, understandably contorted escape into symbolic life -- futuristic aliens with honorable intentions, poly-reincarnating superstars, Captain Kangaroo and Mister Roger ghosts, interdimensional car salesmen of every variety bearing unquestionable logic regarding better deals yesterday and tomorrow -- reification haunts its point of production, alienation calls our name. Stillborn life is teething, gnawing. Authenticity scathed of its actuators finds reality only in the logic of before now and after now, because now is a bitter kiss. It is slow death and walking without feet. Examining the fetishes and symbols of inversion reveals the inversion but paying rent for it inverts and enslaves all the more. Images of a process are imaginary realities and understanding them as such concludes in a mass suicide, the bucolic plague, or social revolution. Now - that's a simple choice. There....
The books are even! I'd say they're as balanced as the time clock puts the tick into that once called time. No complaints accepted. Afterall, societies overselling the future can only recycle the past.  And we only are agents of supply and demand, baby!  Oh - and, in case you read or watch the news, no one's taking stock in you anymore. The exchange-value of your time just hit rock bottom!  That's life... er, or what you get when you agree to sell it. Take it like the hollow man you now are - without time or space. You see, to get anywhere in time, you cross space - and we own that as well from earlier social contracts. Remember the introduction and worldwide sale of property? Beads, conquistadors, hungry mobs on horses, buildings with flapping colored clothes waving o'erhead?  Yeah - all that. It's still here and is acting on borrowed time, as it's called.... That's the situation. You and the others around now - and all your relatives - made the deal.

What more do you want!  Now? Again? Sorry, that would be illegal - and besides, that's what those taxes and uniforms and science are for - keeping things nice and legal.

That this is the life you died to get to is now no barrier to "pop" psychologists is not the kicker. It's that some tie idealistic hogwash therapy to Reich's materialist class-based therapeutic coattails that's truly amazing! Therapy that spends the second half of your life analyzing the first half probably does carry over into another lifetime - after all these professionals are practicing until they get it right - your gullible wallet that is!  The analysis-demanding dream is that discovering a past life will make life passing you by in this one any different? Ever thought of the moment?  Suffice it to say that deju vu is a brain disorder wherein the moment is felt to be so redundant that escape into fantasy becomes a reality more worth it than the pricetagged existence called now. Past lives are the fantasy world where it finds pathological haven. That's a problem less than standardizing that escaping as flaw - when the condition requiring escape in the first place is the problem, as well as to why it is not ruthlessly and immediately superseded.  It's that kind of catered escapism that Erich Fromm discussed in Fear of Freedom and that Wilhelm Reich historically recounted in The Mass Psychology of Fascism - two reads I highly recommend to all those who find these therapies and their pet vacation packages to the past more alluring than dealing with a social relations of being a receptacle and becoming a ghost. The maps of the past all lead to the same point from which you seek to escape! Best start planning to deal with it here and now.
You get the payment for which your class bargains - a daily bill of sale. On the other side of the equation, so do we. We get all the time in all the worlds - past, present, future, and any others found along the way - read the contract. So, on your knees to this or that and pray for market fluctuations or an opening as a master of time, but be prepared for disappointment because you won't find it in your current life... that was sold in that past life - yesterday. And, not in a next life either - you sold that today.

"God was the guarantor of space and time, whose coordinates defined unitary society. He was the common reference point for all men; space and time came together in him just as in him all beings became one with their destiny. In the era of fragmentation, man is torn between a time and a space that no transcendence can unify through the mediation of any centralized power. We are living in a space and time that are out of joint, deprived of any reference point or coordinate, as though we were never going to be able to come into contact with ourselves, although everything invites us to.

There is a place where you create yourself and a time in which you play yourself. The space of everyday life, that of one's true realization, is encircled by every form of conditioning. The narrow space of our true realization defines us, yet we define ourselves in the time of the spectacle. Or put another way: our consciousness is no longer consciousness of myth and of particular-being-in-myth, but rather consciousness of the spectacle and of particular-role-in-the-spectacle. (I pointed out above the relationship between all ontology and unitary power; it should be recalled here that the crisis of ontology appears with the movement toward fragmentation.) Or to put it still another way: in the space-time relation in which everyone and everything is situated, time has become the imaginary (the field of identifications); space defines us, although we define ourselves in the imaginary and although the imaginary defines us qua subjectivities."
