Suppressed Health
One's health is a micro-reflection of social "health" (presence and lack thereof) just as social "health" (presence and lack thereof) is a macro-reflection of one's personal health.

This dialectical relationship, unimpeded seeks to unify one's awareness of "what health is", the ability to alter one's life based on "how one feels" and "how one wants to feel [better]" with the extra-personal tool called "the social" and thus, does or does not accomplish said evolution depending upon the social relations between people and a person and the wealth accumulated by the "all" of [human] social development.

If health or its possibility has never been known, or access to views and methods is impaired — then what a limit that places on a person, and outwardly on the society in which their healthful movement is thwarted. So it is with energy, tools, language, expression, and all that makes a social person and a society personable.

If mediation of that self-assessment or self-development can hold that dynamic drive/desire/evolution at bay, then all sorts of maladious and parasitic activity may be hidden from the "view" or perception of those persons in actual "ill-health". Their ill-health in a mutant understanding of "health", gives it to those or that mediating, more commonly called speculating or parasiting.

Doctors answering "how do I feel?", insurance agents answering "how do we feel?", politicians "answering "how could I feel?", historians answering "how has anyone ever felt?", clerics answering "doth I have the rite to feel better?", and monetarists answering "how does 'how I do  feel?' help the economy of parasitism?"....

Health is not an external opinion, an objectification based on position or power — rather, it is the soleness of the self-aware subject — and, anyone who would mediate between that assessment, and the self-supersession it demands of its present state — that entity is demonstratively and emphatically the enemy of all humanity — past, present, and future — be they institution, process, role, titled, or practice. They are the peddlers of dis-ease and suck at the teet of humanity with impassionate fangs.  — christopher
